Okay I was quite bad at getting this post up, sorry it's a week late. I've been so bad with motivation recently, after a spate of feeling ill my sparks gone. I'm still working out but my heart hasn't been in it as it has previously. BUT I'll keep going. I think it all comes down to needing a holiday massively! Good thing I've got one booked for two weeks time!

Monday Legs

Monday was a legs day, burnt 491 calories.

Tuesday HIIT

Instead of running I decided to do a workout for my HIIT, I followed some blogilates videos on youtube. If you haven't heard of blogilates, google it. Very very good workouts and completely free.

Wednesday Rest Day

Thursday Arms

Arms day, possibly one of my hardest workouts now. I still find push ups so hard! 436 calories gone!

Friday Rest Day

Saturday Abs + LISS

Abs session= my fav! 284 calories gone. Then an afternoon walk for my LISS, did 5 minutes of HIIT too burning 431 calories.

Sunday LISS + HIIT

LISS was 45 minutes on the cross trainer cross trainer 534 calories (may have been going a bit too fast). I then did a way of grey HIIT 101 workout - burning 325 calories.

I was a bit rubbish this week and missed the extra workout and also down a LISS workout, but thats ok, no fitness journey is perfect.

I'm only posting a side picture this week as my front picture was a real let down. Didn't look like any progress at all.
